Mission

To quiet the mental noise, strengthen self-awareness, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Through a blend of coaching, psychology, and mindfulness, my goal is to help you reconnect with what matters most—so you can navigate life with intention and resilience.

At the heart of my coaching is a deep belief in your capacity to grow, adapt, and thrive. I use the Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework to help you recognize the self-sabotaging mental patterns—called Saboteurs—that contribute to stress, overwhelm, and self-doubt. Through simple, consistent practices, we strengthen the part of your brain known as the Sage—the source of calm, clarity, creativity, and resilience.

Alongside PQ, I incorporate tools from Positive Psychology, focusing on what’s strong, not what’s wrong. This means identifying your values, amplifying your strengths, and cultivating meaning, motivation, and well-being in your everyday life.

When helpful, I draw from elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Counseling to support practical mindset shifts and forward momentum.
