Services
Essential Coaching Support
Foundational support in executive function skills, including:
Weekly sessions, which include one-to-one student coaching and weekly parent consult.
Access to Parent Portal to view progress notes, bills, and other important information.
Minimum of one semester highly recommended.
Personalized Educational Plan (PEP)
Year-round support for students who are in the Special Education or 504 systems, or those individuals who would benefit from ongoing monitoring and consultation. This plan is billed annually and includes:
Attendance at up to 2 school-based meetings per year Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan meetings per year.
Preparation for each meeting (up to 2 hours of preparation per meeting).
Post-meeting consultation with your designated specialist (up to 1 hour per meeting).
Additional consults, up to 2 hours outside of meeting preparations and follow-ups, within the 365-day period.
General Sessions and Consultations
These sessions can be used for general or specific consultation or coaching. Sometimes clients who have successfully phased out of the membership plan will choose to have periodic check-in sessions. Other times parents are looking for some guidance to help navigate the dynamic systems in place for their children such as school, home, and social environments.
